I am so excited about some big moves that are happening!
A lot of shifting, cutting away, reformulating, letting go, and regeneration is occurring in my life. Many exciting things are formulating, but what I am sharing with you RIGHT NOW is that I am evolving my practice to the next level, and beginning in October I will see clients out of my home for a selection of (growing) services; including Thai Massage, Yoga and Aerial Yoga Private Sessions, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and soon Pain Care Yoga (and more!). I will continue to offer my massage services at SATTVA on Thursday and Friday evenings.

I had the sweetest little guest in a Deep Dive session today. Could she BEE any cuter? What is a Deep Dive session you ask? Deep Dives are a true gate opener for those feeling stuck, lost, confused, or overwhelmed, and an intuitive exploration using multiple modalities. This session is completely unique to the individual depending on your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic needs. A combination of Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, Crystal and Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Shamanic Healing, Plant Medicine, and Oracle Cards will be used to help set you back on your path to wellness and fulfillment. Starting my day ruminating on what inspires, enchants, and motivates me: adventures, travel, support from my partner, coworkers, and loved ones, nature, plants, art, movement, and helping others. I feel a shifting, a cracking, an unfurling coming, and I don't ever know where I'll wind up, but I'm always inclined to let go and ride the wave wherever it takes me. 🦋🌊✌️

May I recommend coffee and a morning epsom salt bath? I worked my booty off this week, and my muscles had a lot to say about it.
